Welcome on board, as someone who spends a ton of time developing an on-line presence (and working out how to get paid to share what I know) I've seen a lot of money wasted on web services that will never be fully utilized. Even if you choose not to take advantage of any of the links or even download the free stuff (check the bottom of this page) I hope you will at least learn a little something about how the big guys are profiting from their on-line businesses and even some insight into how you can build your own.

So, what I'm attempting to do here is providing information that WILL benefit you. On the following pages you will find a 'primer' on how to make money on-line as well as links to websites and other resources that will either give or sell you all the information you need to build a successful and profitable on-line business. Some of these lead to some very hyped-up, hard-sell pages but I wouldn't send you there if the information wasn't all they claim it is.

I'm not a multi-millionaire selling you a newsletter subscription to teach you my methods, I'm a guy who's in the process of building a business while working a regular job because more than anything else I want to retire someday. My idea of retirement may be different from the traditional; my definition of retirement is doing what I want to do, when I want to do it. I have no grandiose plans to lay in a hammock on the beach for years at a time, I can't imagine not working at something productive. Time is the issue; when I feel like taking a day off I want to be the decision maker.

There are as many ways to build an on-line business as there are individuals trying to do it. What I've found to be true in every case, though, is that it's simple (even I figured it out) but it's not necessarily easy (otherwise everyone would be doing it). Some of those methods are profitable and some are not. Some of the "gurus" are knowledgeable and helpful, some are not. I cannot guarantee that I have included everyone who provides good value but I can guarantee that I have not included any of the ones I felt were a waste of my time and/or money. Yeah, I've thrown away a lot of cash trying to buy the knowledge I needed. Pay attention here and you can save as much as I lost.

Also keep in mind that this is an on-going project, the more I learn the more I'll have to share. At some point I'll probably set up a newsletter, for now just bookmark the page and try to remember check back every few weeks to see what's new.
